Baystate Consulting makes updates available to all users of the the most recent version of Transaction Pro Importer or Exporter at no charge. We typically make new builds available to all users every one to two months. These updates will add new features and/or fix any software or QuickBooks bugs. If you are having any issues with either Transaction Pro Importer 5.0 or Exporter 5.0 a good first step is to make sure that you are on the latest build of the software.
You can check for updates to the software by clicking the About button at the bottom left hand corner of the first page of the product. If the product had not been activated this button will say Activate instead of About.
After clicking this button when the new page comes up select the Check for Updates button. A web browser will the open which will tell you if a newer build is available. Just download the zip file and double click the setup.exe file to start the installation.
